Recently, well-known anchor Zhou Shuyi revealed her recent physical condition to fans during a live broadcast. According to Zhou Shuyi's description, she felt abnormal in her body a few days before the broadcast, and even had a severe headache. The situation was once very critical.

"That night, I had such a headache that I fell asleep. In the morning, I was half asleep and still had severe head pain." Zhou Shuyi described the pain as "the nerves in the brain are connected together, and the pressure on the brain is about to explode." After realizing that the situation was serious, she went to the neurology department of the hospital accompanied by her friends and underwent multiple examinations such as blood drawing, brain CT and electrocardiogram.

Although the preliminary CT and electrocardiogram showed no acute major problems, the doctor pointed out after reviewing the report that there was a cyst in Zhou Shuyi's brain. Zhou Shuyi accurately read out the diagnosis name during the live broadcast: "Left temporal base subarachnoid cyst."

Faced with this scary-sounding term, Zhou Shuyi showed concern. However, the response from the attending doctor was relatively calm. The doctor explained that the current headache symptoms were not necessarily caused by this cyst, and that the cyst was most likely congenital. But just to be sure, the doctor still asked her to go to the hospital again next week for a more precise brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination to rule out other hidden dangers.

Zhou Shuyi said frankly in the live broadcast that she felt a little relieved when she saw that the doctor's reaction was not too great, but she also realized the importance of good health.

For anchors who are in a high-intensity live broadcast state all year round, irregular work and rest and high concentration often lead to health risks.
