Apple is internally considering adding “Undo” and “Redo” buttons to the iPhone home screen customization menu. According to current reports, after the user long presses the home screen, the existing menu will display options such as adding widgets, customizing, editing wallpapers, and editing pages. The newly added undo and redo functions will make recovery and repeated adjustments after misoperation more convenient.

Although these two options are not major changes, they point to the overall route of iOS 27: more like an update that focuses on fixing errors, improving stability, and completing details, rather than pursuing exaggerated new tricks.

On the other side, Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman said that Apple’s official graphics for WWDC 2026 are actually showing off the redesigned Siri interface in iOS 27 in advance. This design is said to appear in Smart Island. When users call out Siri, they will see a "Search or Ask" prompt, accompanied by a luminous cursor similar to the "26" number highlight effect in the picture.

Gurman also said that when Siri is called, a subtle halo will appear on the edge of the smart island; at the same time, iOS 27 will also come pre-installed with an independent Siri application, and the search bar in the application will support back-and-forth conversations with Siri and view past conversation records. However, due to Apple Intelligence compatibility restrictions, at least some of the new designs may only be available to iPhone 15 Pro and newer models.

WWDC 2026 will be held from June 8 to June 12, and Apple is expected to release next-generation systems such as iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, tvOS 27, and visionOS 27. According to current rumors, the focus of iOS 27 is on the one hand to improve the daily experience with smaller but practical functions, and on the other hand to pave the way for deeper Siri transformation and Apple Intelligence extensions.
