Well-known whistleblower Bing Universe recently shared a physical photo of a suspected iPhone 18 Pro camera protection accessory on Weibo, showing four different-colored camera module metal protective plates. The appearance is basically consistent with recent rumors about the iPhone 18 Pro color matching. It was reported last week that Apple is preparing four body colors for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, namely light blue, dark cherry, dark gray and silver.

The four anodized aluminum lens protection plates exposed this time are marked black, silver, burgundy and blue respectively. However, it should be noted that these are only camera protection accessories made by third-party accessory manufacturers, not the entire body of the camera. Their designs are intended to echo the rumored new colors. The industry generally believes that the "black" marked on the accessories is closer to the dark gray tone previously rumored, rather than a pure black body in the traditional sense. Setsana Digital, another whistleblower who is also active on Weibo, previously claimed that Apple will not provide a black version for the new generation of high-end models this year, which means that the iPhone 18 Pro series may lack the classic black option for the second consecutive year.
The report pointed out that these four colors are still in the development and evaluation stage, and there are still several months before product release. Apple still has room to make adjustments to the final color scheme before mass production. As usual, the iPhone 18 Pro series is expected to be officially unveiled in September this year, when Apple will also launch its first foldable iPhone, which will also have an independent color scheme. It is rumored that the body color of the foldable iPhone will be more low-key and restrained. The options that have been mentioned include silver, white and indigo blue.
