According to Xinhua News Agency,Musk received a summons from French prosecutors, requiring him to be investigated in Paris on the 20th local time for inappropriate behavior on his social media platform X, including the spread of pornographic images of minors on the platform and the proliferation of deep fake content.
The Paris prosecutor's office said that both Musk and former X Platform CEO Linda Yaccarino were summoned for "voluntary questioning," and some X Platform employees are scheduled to be questioned as witnesses this week.
At this time, it is unclear whether Musk and Yacarino will travel to Paris.

It is understood that the summons originated from an investigation launched in January 2025 by the cybercrime department of the Paris Prosecutor’s Office.
In February, investigators also raided the French headquarters offices of Musk’s X platform.
French prosecutors launched an investigation after a French lawmaker accused Platform X's algorithm of being biased and potentially distorting the operation of automated data processing systems.
Initially, the investigation focused on alleged algorithm abuse and fraudulent data extraction on the
