The live-action movie "Elden's Circle" produced by A24 has started shooting in London. Filming took place at Greenwich Naval Academy in south London, with the production team transforming the historic building into a mist-filled medieval street scene.

Director and screenwriter Alex Garland was spotted on set. Dry ice and smoke were arranged at the shooting site to create a mysterious atmosphere, and a green screen was also set up, presumably to add iconic landscapes in the game, such as the giant "golden tree", in the later stage.

There are dozens of extras in medieval costumes on the set, and the scene is suspected to be a market or town square, surrounded by stalls, carriages and tents, as well as elements such as armored soldiers and goats.

Photos taken by Reddit user Continuent during the set stage show that the on-site prop boxes are marked with the names of multiple places in the game:
An item box has "Rodel Street" written on it, which refers to the royal city of Rodel in the game, located at the foot of the golden tree. Greenwich Naval Academy is speculated to have been used as the setting.
Another item box is labeled "Stonewell", referring to the key castle location in the game ruled by "Arch" Grek.
The third photo shows a cage and lantern that match the appearance of the lanterns hanging from the ceiling of "Realucalia," the magic academy in the game.

There was also a wooden prop on the set that was exactly the same as the gallows used to hang the "Coprophag" character in the game's opening animation. There were also photos that made it clear that the Copropeater would appear.

In addition, the set photos also show that two other important characters in the game - the goddess Malika and the boss "Omen" will also appear in the movie.

The movie is scheduled to be released in North America on March 3, 2028.
