On April 24, at the 2026 Beijing International Auto Show that opened today, Mercedes-Benz announced that the new pure electric CLA 260 L was officially launched, with a national uniform price starting from 229,000 yuan. As the entry-level version of the CLA pure electric family, it focuses on the cost-effective luxury pure electric sedan market.


In terms of appearance, the new car and the already launched CLA 300 The L (starting at 249,000 yuan) is basically the same. It adopts a family-style design language and is equipped with through-type LED daytime running lights. The headlights on both sides use the latest three-point star light source. The front face is a closed grille with a starry mesh (142 luminous stars) and a large-sized Mercedes-Benz LOGO. The side of the body adopts a smooth fastback coupe shape.

In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4763/1836/1471mm respectively, the wheelbase is 2830mm, and the curb weight is 2005 kg. In terms of power, it is equipped with a rear single motor with a maximum power of 165 kilowatts, matched with a 60kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack and an electric two-speed gearbox. The CLTC pure electric cruising range is 600 kilometers, and the top speed is 200km/h.
