According to the official notification from realme, the Realme Mall will officially cease operations on April 25, and its own App, web page and mini-programs will be offline simultaneously, and the brand will fully return to the OPPO system. After the service is stopped, the mall will terminate all core functions such as shopping, product browsing, event participation, points redemption, and live broadcast viewing. Only the historical order inquiry entrance will be retained, which will be valid until April 25, 2027.

Users can log in with OPPO mall authorization and view past records simultaneously in "My Orders—Real My Order History".
Seamless migration of membership rights: The growth value, points, free film and other rights of the Real Mall are all integrated into the OPPO membership system and can be used normally in the OPPO Mall.
In addition to the closure of the mall, the Realme community will also be adjusted simultaneously. This business will gradually cease operations from 10:00 on April 1. Subsequent content and user interaction about Realme mobile phones will be moved to the OPPO mall circle to continue.

This adjustment is closely related to changes in brand architecture.
At the beginning of this year, OPPO issued an internal letter announcing the return of Realme to OPPO and becoming a sub-brand. Realme, OnePlus and OPPO have formed a strategic synergy. Realme CEO Li Bingzhong will be responsible for the overall sub-brand business.
Since April 1, 2026, Realme China’s after-sales service has been fully integrated into the OPPO service network. Realme has entrusted OPPO to provide full-scenario after-sales services covering mobile phones, tablets, computers and IoT products in mainland China, including consultation, testing and maintenance, parts replacement and technical support.
