Baoshida stated that it established a special investigation team to comprehensively conduct data verification, process tracing, physical inspection, external supervision and professional analysis. The investigation conclusion is:When this pair of glasses is delivered from the factory, the left and right lenses are not installed backwards.
The glasses provided by the current customer have abnormal appearance and are not in the original qualified product condition when delivered by the company.

Baoshida pointed out that when the lenses currently provided by customers are installed backwards,The appearance of the glasses is obviously abnormal, the lenses do not fit the edges of the frames, there are obvious gaps, and the lenses have an abnormal optical appearance of "thick on the nasal side and thin on the temporal side".


In this state, the optical center distance of the tested glasses has changed greatly, from 61mm in the normal state to 75mm, which is 14mm different from the customer's actual interpupillary distance. Objectively, the glasses cannot be worn normally.
The company clarifies that the current abnormal appearance is not in the original qualified product state when delivered by the company.
Baoshida said that after comprehensive verification of the national after-sales system, store ledgers and customer service records:Since the customer got the lens on July 12, 2024, he has not reported any problems such as wearing discomfort, abnormal vision, abnormal appearance or parameters to the company through any channels during the one-year and eight-month wearing period, and there is no record of any after-sales consultation or complaint.

There are rumors on the Internet that "the child felt dizzy after wearing it, and the store asked him to adapt to it" and that after wearing it for 1 year and 8 months, "it was only when other brand optical stores provided services that I discovered that the lens was installed backwards" and "you did the right thing, installed it backwards" are not true.
Baoshida said that based on its care for children and its great importance to the incident, the optical store has proposed the following plans:

3. Upgrading to glasses: After repeated communication with the customer failed, the store is willing to give the customer a pair of glasses worth 1,000 yuan for free;
