As these words were shouted, the grievances between Xinxuan Group and Hao Taotao and even many resigned executives were also exposed.
According to Xinba's revelations, when Hao Taotao left Xinxuan, he "thrown away" the company's tens of billions a year department for "more than a month." After leaving his job, Hao Taotao still badmouthed Xin Xuan in front of businessmen, saying, "Xin Xuan is no longer able to survive now and is finished."

Public information shows that "Jianfeng Diners" is a subsidiary incubated and established by Xinxuan Group and is one of the company's most important self-operated brands. The resignation of team members and the loss of core commercial production materials have caused serious damage to Xin Xuan.
In this regard, Simba said openly that if the other party does not stop and he does not use Xin Xuan's current resources, he will change the platform to start a live broadcast, expose all the "unknown things" in the past to the sun, and strive to "take away" all the other party's members, and he himself can "die together" with Hao Taotao and others.
Simba, who is "no longer alive", is being cornered by the "abandoned disciples"?
Public information shows that Hao Taotao was once the director of the commodity center of Xinxuan Group, responsible for core businesses such as supply chain, product selection and quality control, and controlled annual sales of more than 20 billion yuan. But in January this year, Xinxuan Group issued an announcement announcing that Hao Taotao had resigned. Later, he accepted a 7 million fan account donated by the anchor Dandan (Yang Runxin) who also resigned from Xinxuan and turned against Simba, and began to rely on Dandan's team for development.
It is worth noting that the manager surnamed Shi who was named by Simba to evacuate the "top diners" also has a close relationship with Hao Taotao. According to Xinba Lianmaizhong, the person is Hao Taotao's "team CEO".
Earlier, in October 2025, Dandan, the apprentice "Kuaishou First Sister" trained by Simba himself, suddenly established two companies, Hangzhou Runxing Entertainment and Runxin Entertainment, after many months of silence. The shareholding ratio was 99%, and they had no equity relationship with Xinxuan. Lawyer: May violate labor laws or infringe on business secrets
Regarding Simba's public criticism of Hao Taotao for not handing over his resignation normally and publicly slandering the company, Zhou Ankang, a lawyer at Shanghai Shenhao (Hefei) Law Firm who specializes in corporate cases, said bluntly in the communication with the "BUG" column: "If the two parties have a labor relationship and there is no normal handover, he (Hao Taotao) has violated the labor law. Publicly slandering the company will infringe the company's reputation and be suspected of unfair competition, but the company needs to provide corresponding evidence."
According to Article 10 of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, operators shall not violate confidentiality obligations or violate rights holders' requirements to keep commercial secrets. In addition, Article 7 stipulates that operators shall not help other operators conduct false or misleading business promotions by organizing false transactions, false evaluations, etc.
Regarding Simba’s accusation that the manager surnamed Shi took away the company’s business information and product information, Zhou Ankang said bluntly: “The valuable business secrets of commercial enterprises include the list of core suppliers of the enterprise, including price comparisons, including some undisclosed product information.
