In the face of consumer complaints, the initial solution proposed by Caocao Travel customer service was to compensate with a 10 yuan coupon.

This netizen said it was completely unacceptable. He believed that the platform should publicly apologize for food safety issues and provide reasonable compensation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law.
