Recently, the Administrative Approval Bureau of Wuhou District, Chengdu announced that it has set up an investigation team in conjunction with the public security, market supervision and other departments to deal with the case of Ms. Yang of Baoji, Shaanxi Province in accordance with the law and regulations based on the investigation results.

It is reported that,In March this year, when Ms. Yang was filing taxes for her company, she unexpectedly discovered that she had five more companies registered in Wuhou District, Chengdu, two of which registered her as the legal representative.

Ms. Yang immediately stated that she had never been to Chengdu, had never lost her ID card, had not entrusted anyone to register the company on her behalf, and had no knowledge of these five companies.

Access to industrial and commercial registration files shows that among all materialsOnly the ID number is true, the contact number, residential address, and agent information were all forged, and the document signature was completely inconsistent with Ms. Yang’s own handwriting.

What’s more serious is that these five companies have all been includedAbnormal business operations and abnormal tax status, which directly caused Ms. Yang’s own company to be unable to file taxes normally, and its operations were seriously affected.

On April 21, Ms. Yang made a special trip to Chengdu to defend her rights. Staff from the local approval department revealed that they had contacted the agent she was entrusted with at the time, but the other party clearly refused to cooperate with the investigation.

Ms. Yang questioned the approval process and believed that there were loopholes. The person was not required to be present, signatures were not verified, and facial recognition was not performed. The company registration could be completed with only a copy of the ID card.

At present, Ms. Yang has reported the case to the police.

The lawyer said that the person being impersonated does not need to bear the relevant company debts, taxes and legal responsibilities, but must go through legal procedures to cancel the registration as soon as possible.
