The "Beijing Unmanned Aircraft Management Regulations" will be implemented on May 1, 2026, and Beijing's drone management has entered a comprehensive upgrade stage.According to the "Regulations", the entire administrative area of Beijing is drone controlled airspace, and all outdoor flight activities require application.
At the same time, the new regulations also clarify that it is prohibited to sell or rent drones to units and individuals in Beijing, and it is prohibited to transport drones and core components into Beijing.
As the countdown to the implementation of new regulations enters, DJI’s sales channels in Beijing have begun to adjust.
According to Jiemian News, a staff member of the DJI International Trade Flagship Store said,After 16:00 today, DJI drone products will no longer be sold in Beijing. Before 16:00, only the Guomao flagship store in the city still has a small amount of products for sale, and only some models. The price is the same as the official website, and there is no discount.

The e-commerce platform shows,Currently, the drone products in Tmall DJI’s official flagship store cannot be ordered with a Beijing address. The page prompts “This product is not supported for sale in the current region.”

However, after DJI’s JD.com self-operated flagship store selected the Beijing address, some drone products are still available for purchase for the time being, and it shows that they will be delivered on April 30, which is the last day before the new regulations are implemented.

It is worth noting that the "Regulations" do not impose a "one-size-fits-all" ban, but reserve space for compliance with special needs.
For the needs of emergency rescue and disaster relief, major activities, as well as teaching, technology research and development, production, agricultural and forestry operations, sports training events, etc., drones can be purchased, transported and stored after safety assessment by the public security organs and other departments.
