Today, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. issued an announcement announcing its intention to invest in Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and the counterparty is Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. At present, JAC has not signed a formal investment agreement with relevant parties, and there are still uncertainties in this investment.
The company has started negotiations with Yinwang and its existing shareholders, and plans to participate in investment in Yinwang, and work together to help Yinwang grow into a world-class leader in the automotive intelligent driving system and parts industry, and create an open cooperation platform for the entire automotive industry.
The specific amount, transaction method, pricing standards and other core terms of this investment are subject to the subsequent officially signed transaction documents. If the transaction is finally completed, Yinwang will become a joint-stock company of JAC Automobile and will not change the scope of the company's consolidated statements.
It is understood that Yinwang Intelligence was established on January 16, 2026, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, and Xu Zhijun serves as the legal representative.
In terms of ownership structure, Huawei currently holds 80% of the shares, Cyrus Automotive holds 10%, and Avita Technology holds 10%.
Financial report data shows that JAC’s revenue in the first quarter of 2026 was 11.459 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.91%; the net profit attributable to the parent company was a loss of 606 million yuan, which was significantly larger than the loss in the same period last year, and the basic earnings per share was -0.27 yuan. On the sales side, the company sold 84,300 vehicles in the first quarter, a year-on-year decrease of 15.51%.
Official website information shows that Jiangxi Automobile Group and Huawei have a long history of cooperation. The two parties signed a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement as early as December 2019;
An intelligent new energy vehicle cooperation agreement will be signed again in December 2023, confirming that they will jointly build ultra-luxury intelligent electric vehicles using the Hongmeng Smart Travel model.
