Apple is simultaneously promoting the development of at least three innovative products, including a space iPhone with holographic display function, an AI pendant integrated with the iPhone, and a new version of AirPods Pro equipped with an AI camera. Among them, the AI wearable device and the new AirPods Pro have entered the advanced testing stage and may be released as soon as next year, while the holographic iPhone may not be launched until 2030.

Information about this new iPhone comes from leaker Schrodinger, who shared a screenshot of the message provided by an anonymous person said to be familiar with the project. These screenshots show that Apple is developing a "space iPhone" code-named H1 or MH1, which will feature a holographic display that can create a realistic sense of depth without the need for glasses. Unlike the 3D display technology of the early 2010s, this new iPhone screen will combine advanced eye tracking technology and diffraction beam steering technology to redirect light to the viewer's eyes through a nanostructured holographic layer integrated in the AMOLED screen, thereby creating depth perception and making objects on the screen appear to be suspended above the display.

The leak also pointed out that the device will use a display provided by Samsung, which incorporates a patented algorithm that allows users to view objects on the screen from a 360-degree omnidirectional perspective. The concept is said to be similar to Samsung's existing 85-inch Space Display, but optimized for smaller mobile device screens.
Information about the other two products comes from Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman, who claimed that Apple’s rumored AI pendant and the camera-equipped AirPods Pro have entered the “advanced testing stage.” This AI wearable device was first reported by The Information in January 2026, while the camera-equipped AirPods Pro was first mentioned by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo in June 2024. According to early reports, the AI wearable device will be an "AirTag-sized" iPhone accessory rather than a standalone product. It won't have its own display, but it will have an "always-on" camera and a microphone for Siri voice commands. Users can wear it as a necklace or attach it to clothing using a clip. The product could be launched as soon as next year.

Gurman also revealed that Apple’s research and development work on the rumored camera-equipped AirPods Pro is nearly complete. The company is said to have finalized the design, hardware and software and is expected to begin commercial production soon. According to early reports, the purpose of these cameras is to provide visual data for AI processing, not to take photos or videos of the user. Apple originally planned to launch the new AirPods Pro in the first half of this year, but the release was delayed due to issues related to Apple Intelligence. If all goes according to plan, the product could now be released before the end of the year, following the launch of a new version of Siri in September this year. However, if Apple is not satisfied with the quality of the visual intelligence features it plans to develop for Siri, it may still further delay the release.
