The recently released racing game "Forza Horizon 6" performed strongly on the PC and Xbox Series platforms. In the first week of its release, it maintained a peak daily number of approximately 280,000 simultaneous online players on Steam, demonstrating continued strong player participation. While player activity is high, sales performance is equally impressive. According to estimates from the latest report of Alinea Analytics, a third-party data agency, "Forza Horizon 6" has currently sold approximately 4.9 million copies, with cumulative sales reaching a maximum of approximately US$325 million.

The report shows that approximately 1.7 million players have purchased the "Premium Early Access" version priced up to US$120, showing the core player group's high recognition and willingness to spend on the series. What is even more noteworthy is that 42% of all versions sold come from the Xbox ecosystem, but this statistical caliber also covers multiple usage scenarios such as Xbox consoles, Windows PCs, and cloud streaming.

In addition to paid purchases, "Forza Horizon 6" also performs well on subscription services. Data shows that within the launch week, more than 3 million Game Pass users have experienced this new game, bringing additional user coverage and exposure to the game. In terms of revenue structure, the Steam and Xbox channels are almost evenly divided. Alinea estimates that Steam contributed about 49% of the revenue, while Xbox accounted for about 51%. The two major platforms are in an equal position in the commercial performance of the game.

It was previously reported that the Xbox game business is seeking to increase investment in the Chinese market, and the regional performance of this game confirms this strategic direction to a certain extent. Alinea statistics show that among the players on the Steam platform, Chinese players account for approximately 13% of the total number of players, showing that the series already has a considerable user base and growth potential in the Chinese market.

Taking into account the current multi-platform sales, subscription coverage and regional distribution, "Forza Horizon 6" is gradually growing into a heavyweight work in the Microsoft and Xbox game ecosystem, and its subsequent long-term performance is still worthy of continued attention.
