Internet monitoring group NetBlocks reported that Internet connectivity in Iran has been partially restored after experiencing the longest nationwide outage in modern history. The group's real-time network indicators show that network connections are beginning to be restored after Iran was almost completely isolated from the international network for 88 days.

NetBlocks said it was unclear whether the recovery would be sustainable.
Following instructions from Iran's president, the country is reopening internet access in phases.
Follow-up assessments indicate that this process is continuing without interruption and that restoration of international Internet access in the fixed-line sector has begun.
Iranian President Pezeshizyan said a day earlier that internet access would be restored on Monday, state media reported.
