According to an announcement released on the official Weibo account of @天亚community on February 9, the "New Tianya" joint working group, Chengdu Tianyake Network Technology Co., Ltd., and Tianya Good Things (Hainan) E-Commerce Co., Ltd. jointly announced that they are promoting the restoration of access to Tianya Community.
The announcement mentioned that Tianya Community has encountered unfair treatment in Jinjiang District, Chengdu since 2019, resulting in liquidity difficulties, resulting in the suspension of access due to Telecom IDC arrears on April 1, 2023, and Tianya data is in danger of being lost. The New Tianya investment entity Chengdu Tianyake Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianyake Company"), which was specially established in 2024, is the core force in the restart of Tianya community platform and the construction of New Tianya. It has successively provided millions of funds for the survival of Tianya community data.
On March 1, Tianya Community issued a document stating that access would be officially resumed on June 1.
