Messaging application Telegram recently launched a new native Apple Watch application, once again providing official watch support for Apple Watch users. Users can view and reply to Telegram messages directly on their wrists, making daily communication more convenient.

According to information announced by Telegram founder Pavel Durov on social platform X, this native Apple Watch application has officially been opened to users. The new application not only supports browsing chat history and quickly replying to messages on the watch, but also supports multiple interactive forms such as sending stickers, voice messages, and location information, making the watch experience closer to complete clients such as the iPhone.

Telegram previously launched an Apple Watch app in 2015, but it was removed from the App Store and stopped updating a few years ago. During this period, Apple Watch users could only rely on third-party Telegram clients to send and receive messages on their watches. With the return of this official native application, users can once again get a one-party solution officially maintained by Telegram on Apple Watch.
