Yesterday, the "Operation Delta" "Qingyu Destruction" incident that lasted for nearly three months finally came to an end. The victim "May Shiwu" posted a video on Station B, announcing that she had reached a mediation settlement with the anchor "Qingyu Tpor". The anchor involved was compensated 5,000 yuan, wrote a handwritten apology, and apologized in person through a video call.

This incident originated in the early morning of March 1 this year. As a captain fan who has long supported Qingyu Tpor, May Shiwu scanned the code and handed over his "Operation Delta" account to the anchor because he failed to renew the 198 yuan captain monthly card in time. After the anchor discovered that he was no longer the captain, he cleared the account's virtual assets such as out-of-print props, fully equipped equipment, and hundreds of millions of game coins that had taken more than a year to accumulate on the spot during the live broadcast. The whole process lasted only tens of seconds.
After the incident was exposed, May Shiwu called the police in accordance with the law and actively defended his rights. The police made it clear that virtual property is protected by law, and used technical means to confirm Qingyu’s location and summoned him for questioning. It is explained that the biggest difficulty in case investigation is the lack of authoritative institutions to accurately identify the actual value of virtual property. Therefore, in the end, there are only three outcomes before the victim: 1. A fine of 200 yuan without apology; 2. No punishment; 3. Mediation and settlement of the case - apology and compensation.
After weighing the matter, May Shiwu chose mediation to close the case. He made four demands to Qingyu: a handwritten letter of guarantee and keeping it on file, an apology to the public, a face-to-face apology to the victim, a compensation of 5,000 yuan (calculated as lost time), and the initiative to cancel all self-media accounts on the platform. However, because Qingyu was involved in other civil lawsuits and the court needed to retain the account as evidence, the cancellation request was not implemented.

It is worth noting that on June 11, Qingyu suddenly spoke out on Weibo after several months, revealing that he was unable to speak normally due to his account ban, saying that although the act of destroying his account was extreme, there were "other hidden reasons" behind the incident.
