The notice was issued by the Group's Human Resources Department on July 1 and was sent to all stores under the Group and all departments of the Group Headquarters. The theme was "Notice on Group Operation Review and Salary Assessment Control".The core content is: the full salary of managers and above will not be paid in July and will be reset to zero.


According to the notice, the group has organized online and offline special external training for all employees on June 29 and 30. The total cost of external lecturers is 50,000 yuan. The original intention is to unify the understanding and rectify business problems, but as of July 1, no corresponding reflection and rectification actions have been shown in each position.

In the current second quarter (April-June), the group suffered a large loss. Investors "cannot continue to bear the operating pressure of relying on loans to pay all employees' salaries in a state of loss", and now have introduced rigid control requirements:

The notice also requires the implementation of strict performance appraisals and the implementation of an elimination mechanism at the end, so that operating pressure can be "transmitted to all managers at the manager level and above, and simultaneously penetrated into all front-line teams."

From an industry perspective, this notice also reflects the current severe living conditions of the automobile dealer industry.

According to data from the China Automobile Dealers Association, the loss ratio of domestic automobile dealers will expand from 41.7% in 2024 to 55.7% in 2025, with only 23.5% of profits remaining, which is significantly narrower than 39.3% in 2024.

In this context, the top 100 dealer groups still need to survive with "zero salary for managers and above", and the situation of small and medium-sized dealers is even more dire.
