Recently, US President Trump posted a video on his social media account, showing a gold version of the presidential statue on Mount Rushmore (commonly known as Mount President), with his own face next to Lincoln. This video was released before Trump delivered a speech at Mount Rushmore. The video also included Trump's narration: "I will be the greatest president of the United States for many, many years to come."

Trump has previously expressed the idea of adding his face to the Presidential Hill, but this is almost impossible because there is not enough space on the mountain.

It is understood that Mount Rushmore National Memorial Park, commonly known as Presidential Mountain and Presidential Park, is located near Keystone in the Black Mountains of South Dakota, USA, and is managed by the National Park Service.

The park is famous for its four 18-meter-high granite presidential statues. From left to right, they are Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt and Lincoln. The four presidents were selected for their historical contributions such as the founding of the country, territorial expansion and national unification.

The project was started by sculptor Borglum in 1927 and took 14 years to complete at a cost of nearly $1 million.

According to Noem, the former governor of South Dakota, when the two met in the Oval Office of the White House in 2018, Trump told her that it was his "dream" to have his face engraved on "President Hill."

Trump once again publicly talked about this idea in an interview with the media in 2019, but relevant information has clearly documented that the remaining carving space on this mountain is very limited.
