Samsung has invested heavily in the field of artificial intelligence, which can be seen from the company’s announcement of the launch of Galaxy AI and its GaussAI model. We know that the upcoming Galaxy S24 series will be equipped with a full set of artificial intelligence features, including the ability to use artificial intelligence to translate phone calls in real time.
Now, a new report shows that the Galaxy S24’s AI real-time translation call feature will first support Spanish and English, and will later add languages such as Korean and Japanese.
The report also states that the new feature will be available on non-Samsung phones. This means that if you are using a Galaxy S24 and the other party is using a non-Samsung phone, the feature will still work. This certainly sounds like the right thing to do, since limiting the feature to Samsung phones makes almost no sense for Samsung.
As part of the AI suite, AI real-time translation isn't the only feature of the Galaxy S24. The company is developing a series of features that will help users take their smartphone experience to a whole new level. We already have a list of features that will be released as part of the OneUI 6.1 experience, and we’re looking forward to seeing how all of them work on phones once they become available.
The Galaxy S24 series will be unveiled on the 17th of next month, which means you only have to wait less than a month to test the devices yourself.
