Xpeng Motors’ first MPV, X9, was launched this evening.The new car has been launched in 4 configurations, with a price range of 359,800 yuan to 419,800 yuan. It will be launched from now on and delivery will begin simultaneously. As Xpeng's flagship model, the Xpeng X9 is built on the Fuyao architecture, with front and rear integrated aluminum die-cast chassis, a global 800V high-voltage platform, and XNGP core technology. At the same time, the car is also the only MPV in the world with rear-wheel steering as standard.
The design of the car is very futuristic, with multiple fold lines throughout, and a sliding tail window. The shape is sci-fi, and the interior is also very innovative. It can be called Xpeng's most luxurious model.
As a "mobile home", X9 is equipped with a large 21.5-inch color TV on the roof of the second row. At the same time,Xiaopeng also equipped it with a touch remote control, which allows the "color TV" to be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of "0-75°".
The X9 adopts a 2+2+3 three-row, seven-seat layout, with an interior area of 7.7 square meters. It is divided into two versions with a middle aisle and without an aisle. The width of the former reaches 180 mm, which can meet the needs of entering and exiting the third row;
At the same time, the third row of seats also has a very special folding method and supports one-touch electric magic storage.
The length, width and height of the Xpeng X9 are 5293/1988/1785mm, with a wheelbase of 3160mm. The chassis adopts front and rear integrated die-casting. The entire series is equipped with intelligent dual-chamber air suspension as standard. It is also equipped with rear-wheel steering as standard, which greatly improves the convenience of MPV shuttles in cities;
In terms of power system, the car is available in single motor and dual motor versions.The single-motor version is equipped with a 235-kilowatt motor, and the dual-motor version has a front 235-kilowatt motor and a rear 135-kilowatt motor. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 seconds in just 5.7 seconds and has a top speed of 200km/h.
In terms of battery life, the X9 is equipped with 84.5kWh and 101.5kWh battery packs, and the CLTC pure electric range is 610km, 640km and 702km respectively.
