As of the end of 2023, the total wealth of these ten richest people reached US$1.47 trillion, which is equivalent to the sixth largest listed company in the world and exceeds the market value of Nvidia (US$1.22 trillion).


Tesla CEO Elon Musk is still the richest man in the world, with a net worth of US$229 billion as of the end of 2023, an increase of US$92 billion in the past year.

Bernard Arnault, chairman of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, ranks second with a net worth of US$179 billion, an increase of US$17 billion in the past year.
