The AppleTV+ spy thriller "Slow Horses" starring the famous British actor Gary Oldman has been renewed for its fifth season in advance. The play is adapted from the British novelist's work "Slough House" and tells the story of the protagonist Jackson Lamb, played by Oldman, a seasoned agent of MI5, the British Security Agency, and the leader of a team known as the "Flowers".

Oldman was nominated for a Golden Globe and a BAFTA Award for his performance in the second season. In addition to him, other actors include Jack Lowden, Kristen Scott Thomas, etc.

The synopsis for Season 5 reads: "When resident tech agent Roddy Ho gets a new girlfriend he thinks is attractive, everyone is suspicious, and as a series of increasingly bizarre events occur across the city, it's up to the gang to figure it out. After all, Jackson Lamb knows that in the world of espionage, the 'London Rules' should always apply."

The show has currently been aired for 3 seasons, and the third season has ended. There is no release date for Season 5, but Season 4 is expected to premiere in December 2024.
