According to CCTV news, on January 3, local time, Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism released the call records between the airport air traffic control department and the JAL passenger plane and Coast Guard aircraft before the plane collision at Tokyo Haneda Airport. Records show that the air traffic control department had issued landing permission to the JAL passenger plane at that time.

On the other hand, at 17:45 local time on the 2nd, the air traffic control department reported to the Coast Guard aircraft,"Please taxi to the runway holding position on the ground." Coast Guard aircraft have not yet been allowed to enter the runway.

This means that the Coast Guard aircraft entered the runway without permission, which was one of the main reasons for the accident.

However, according to the Japan Broadcasting Association (NHK),The captain of the injured Coast Guard transport plane previously stated that he had received clear instructions to allow takeoff; The Japan Transportation Safety Board began an investigation into the accident today.

Previous reports showed that the Japan Airlines Airbus A350 caught fire after colliding with another plane on the runway. The entire fuselage was completely burned, but fortunately, all 367 crew members and passengers on board were evacuated.

The Coast Guard plane that collided with the Japan Airlines passenger plane was carrying 6 people.Except for the captain, who was seriously injured and survived, all the other five people died.
