According to news on the morning of January 9, in response to the "illegal dismissal of female executives by female executives", Chen Yiran, the chairman of the company involved, responded to the matter in communication with Sina Technology today, and further revealed that the fired employee may be suspected of "falsifying academic qualifications and falsifying resumes". He has blackmailed many companies all the way and is a "repeat offender."

Recently, a video of "a female company executive illegally firing employees" was circulated on social networks. The content of the video posted online shows that a conflict arose between a female company executive, Jing Mou, and the video shooter, Sun Mou, over the termination of their labor contract. In the video, the photographer Sun pointed out that the company had illegally terminated the labor contract, and Jing responded, "I broke the law, so what? I just terminated the labor contract illegally, so go ahead and sue me! I will keep you from finding a job for two and a half years, but I will have food to eat next month. Think about it for yourself."

It is reported that the female executive works at Beijing Neox Technology Co., Ltd., also known as Pingxin Technology. It was previously reported that Jing was a college classmate of the company’s chairman.

Chairman Chen Yiran clarified to Sina Technology, saying that "the two parties are not college classmates." In addition, he was not aware of the incident at the time, and "had no idea about this person's recruitment and resignation at all until someone forwarded the video to me." At the same time, he also revealed that employee Sun may be a "habitual offender" who may have "falsified academic qualifications and resumes" before and "smeared many companies along the way and found a new victim."

"I can only say that the government has investigated this matter and the company's procedures are flawless," Chen Yiran said.

Previously, Beijing Neox Technology Co., Ltd. also issued a statement saying: According to online rumors, Jing, a human resources employee of our company, and Sun, a former employee, had a dispute over the termination of the labor relationship. Jing made inappropriate remarks and has been ordered to suspend his duties and reflect and deal with it seriously. Former employee Sun joined the company on June 25, 2023, and signed a three-year labor contract and confidentiality and non-compete agreement, with a probation period of six months. Due to incompetence at work, it was decided not to pass the probation period. After consensus, the two parties signed a labor relationship termination agreement on December 1, and our company paid the November salary and severance compensation in full on December 8 in accordance with the agreement. The above procedures are handled in accordance with laws and regulations.

At present, the two parties have reached an agreement on severance compensation.
