The official account of "Douyin Blackboard News" stated that in September 2024, Douyin, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and platform rules, suspended the broadcast of the accounts of Hefei Three Yang Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Three Yang Company"), and urged it to rectify and properly handle consumer after-sales compensation matters.
According to the "Notice on the Rectification Situation of Hefei Sanyang Network Technology Co., Ltd." issued by the Hefei Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, Sanyang Company's rectifications have met the requirements and have the conditions to resume operations.
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and platform rules, and with the approval of relevant departments, Sanyang Company is allowed to cancel the original account, register a new account, publish content and resume operations on the Douyin platform.
