Abstract:
"GTA6" is known as the most expensive game in the history of the 3A industry. It's almost destined to become the most successful game of all time, generating billions of dollars in revenue within a short time of its release. Regarding the capital investment in this game, reports indicate that marketing expenses alone have exceeded US$150 million.

As part of the publicity work, Rockstar and its parent company Take‑Two have reached cooperation with platforms such as Netflix. Rockstar originally planned to cooperate with the Miami City Government to spread "GTA6" advertising in downtown Miami, but this plan is now facing changes.
According to the "Miami People" report, many Miami-Dade County commissioners publicly opposed the "GTA6" outdoor advertising project. When criticizing the US$975,000 "Welcome to Sin City" billboard on the roof of Cayesa Center, Commissioner Rene Garcia said: "GTA6" has an overall marketing budget of at least US$150 million.

Elsewhere in Miami, Rockstar has agreed to spend up to $1.2 million to place six billboards. In addition, in order to obtain the qualifications to promote in Miami Beach, Rockstar has to pay the local city $4 million.
It is unclear the source of Rene Garcia's $150 million estimate. But for a game whose overall total cost may reach $1 billion or more, this figure is not unexpected.
