Abstract:
Take Two CEO Strauss Zelnick recently shared his concept of health and fitness. He believes that ordinary people do not need to copy high-intensity training, and basic habits such as quitting smoking, exercising moderately, controlling diet and ensuring sleep are more important.

Zelnick has long regarded exercise as a personal hobby. He has published health-themed books and publicly demonstrated training methods. The first advice he gave was not to smoke at all, and to avoid abusing alcohol and drugs. Exercise does not have to be about intensity. Walking for 30 minutes four to five days a week is equally valuable. Diet does not need to be extreme, but it should be moderate and avoid excessive intake of unhealthy foods.
Sleep is a habit he places special emphasis on. Zelnick recommends about seven hours of sleep a night, and says chronically sleeping less than six hours can affect personal and professional decision-making. He also believes that maintaining an emotional or spiritual life is equally important, including having caring people and a community around you.
Zelnick is opposed to peptide products that are popular in some fitness circles on the grounds that supervision of such products is limited. He advocates against taking substances that have not been double-blind tested and emphasizes the need for regulatory agencies. When it comes to weight loss, he supports the use of GLP-1 drugs when prescribed by a doctor, and believes that there is no need to be ashamed of it. The above content is Zelnick’s opinion on personal lifestyle and medication, and is not a diagnosis and treatment guide issued by a medical institution.
