Samsung today expanded its Fan Edition (FE) lineup with the release of the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone, along with several new Tab S9 FE tablets and a pair of wireless earbuds called Galaxy Buds FE.

The Galaxy TabS9FE series actually includes two sizes - the 10.9-inch TabS9FE and the 12.4-inch TabS9FE+, with both Wi-Fi and 5G versions available. The Galaxy tablet uses IPSLCD with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. In addition, it is equipped with Samsung's VisionBooster (visual enhancer) to improve viewing in outdoor environments, and is equipped with Dolby Atmos dual speakers. Both TabS9FE versions have reached IP68 protection level and are bundled with an S Pen stylus, which is also waterproof and dustproof.
Samsung has equipped the TabS9FE with an Exynos 1380 chipset and 6/8GB of memory, and the FE+ model with 8/12GB of memory. Both versions come with storage capacities of 128GB or 256GB, expandable via a microSD card slot.
In terms of cameras, both tablets are equipped with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle front camera with a 120˚ field of view and an 8-megapixel main rear module. TabS9FE+ adds an 8-megapixel wide-angle module on the back. The TabS9FE is equipped with an 8000mAh battery, while the Plus model is equipped with a 10000mAh battery. Both support 45W fast charging, but you need to bring your own charging head.
The Galaxy Tab S9FE series is available in four colors: mint, silver, gray and lavender. Pricing in Europe for the TabS9FE starts at €529, while the TabS9FE+ is priced at €699. The 5G model costs an additional €100.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds FE are Samsung's most affordable wireless earbuds yet, with prices starting at €109. They offer active noise cancellation (ANC), Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, automatic switching between paired devices, and a total playtime of up to 21 hours with the charging case.
The earbuds support AAC and SBS audio codecs and offer integrated touch controls. Each earbud has 3 microphones, two on the outside and one on the inside. Samsung ships the BudsFE with three silicone ear tips in different sizes and two extra wing tips for a better fit in the ears.
With the ANC function turned on, the battery life is 6 hours, and with the charging box and 479 mAh battery, the battery life can be extended to 21 hours. GalaxyBudsFE are available in graphite and white colors.
