This number is 28% higher than the power consumption of the Galaxy 8th generation Snapdragon 2, with a maximum power consumption of 4.90 watts, and a higher performance score per watt than the Snapdragon 8Gen3.

As a result, the energy efficiency of the regular version of Snapdragon 8Gen2 is even higher than that of Snapdragon 8Gen3, which implies that Qualcomm's insistence on using TSMC's 4-nanometer "N4P" process this year may have reached its limit and has to increase power consumption to make up for the performance difference.
