b) Vehicle applicability:
If you want to know whether a specific vehicle is suitable to participate in this experience event, you can check the vehicle soft push information through the "Software" page of the vehicle touch screen, or you can contact Tesla APP online customer service to inquire.
At present, the FSD intelligent assisted driving function is only launched on some vehicles, and we will try our best to push it to applicable vehicles. However, it may not be fully covered due to various factors. Please refer to the actual activation of the car terminal..
Tesla emphasized that this function currently still belongs to the L2 level combined driving assistance defined in GB/T40429-2021 "Automotive Driving Automation Classification", and cannot implement new functions in all real-world scenarios.
Operating performance may be affected by actual road environment, weather and other factors and is expected to differ. In many cases, driver intervention may be required.Failure by the driver to intervene in a timely manner may lead to risks including but not limited to collisions and the inability to accurately recognize traffic lights or road signs..
Drivers need to keep their hands on the steering wheel at all times, be aware of the road and surrounding traffic, be aware of pedestrians and cyclists, and be ready to take immediate action (especially when driving in blind corners, intersections and narrow road conditions).
Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage, serious personal injury or death. It is the driver's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the limitations of FSD intelligent assisted driving and the circumstances in which this feature may not work as expected.
Tesla also issued a disclaimer:
The FSD intelligent assisted driving function is still L2 combined driving assistance. In the event of traffic violation, collision, or other accidents, the driver must bear the consequences such as fines, deductions, and compensation.
