Tesla has launched a “virtual queuing” system in overseas markets to solve the congestion problem caused by the shortage of supercharging stations. This function has been developed and entered the testing phase. After the company's internal testing, it will be publicly piloted on some sites.

Max de Zegher, head of Tesla's North American charging business, said that although the company continues to build new sites and expand existing charging stations in high-load areas, car owners frequently queue and jump in line, causing many problems.

To this end, Tesla has launched a "virtual queuing" system that automatically receives queuing order information through the vehicle, guides the charging sequence, and avoids disputes between car owners over the charging sequence.

After this function is launched, it will effectively alleviate the pressure on charging stations, improve charging efficiency, reduce waiting time, and improve user experience.
