At Huawei’s autumn full-scenario new product launch conference on September 25 this year, Yu Chengdong announced the full launch of Hongmeng native applications.The HarmonyOSNEXT developer preview will be available to developers in the first quarter of 2024.This also means that Hongmeng and Android applications will no longer be compatible in the future.
As of now,Nearly half of the top 20 mobile Internet applications have started the development of Hongmeng native applications., a series of leading applications and platforms represented by Alipay and mPaaS have reached in-depth cooperation with Huawei to jointly pursue the road of Hongmeng native applications.
