After the store closed, the owner accepted the agreement, but required an additional half of the cost for each maintenance, and the original free rights were reduced.

Car owners in Lu'an, Anhui also reported that after the original car purchase store closed,If you want to continue using the maintenance package, you need to purchase insurance at the new store and pay additional fees for each maintenance.

Coincidentally, an Audi owner in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, had the same experience. After his car store's dealership qualification was revoked, maintenance services were transferred to other stores, but the new store was unable to enter its maintenance records into the official Audi system.

This means that the owner’s vehicle follow-up maintenance information will not be managed by the brand official.The authenticity of after-sales parts and the standardization of operating procedures also lack official brand guarantees, which brings long-term car safety risks to car owners.
