Netizens discovered that Sony updated the PSN terms of service in April this year, confirming that if the player's account does not log in for three years (36 months), the account will be closed, and at the same time, the games bound to the account will also lose access rights.

Terms of Service:
If you have not used your account for at least 36 consecutive months, we may take steps to close the account. In this case, we will contact you via the email address registered with your account and give you 6 months. During this time you can:
Log in to your account; or
Contact us and let us know you want to keep your account.
If you do not take any of the above actions within these 6 months, your account may be closed.
Once your account is closed, you will not be able to access PlayStation Online Services or use digital products purchased through the account.
