It is expected that by the end of this week, all orders and vehicle deliveries for normal car purchase users will be completed.
The statement stated that on July 7, 2026, Yunnan Kunming Zhizhi Heyuexing Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. (one of the two Zhiji Kunming dealers) broke the capital chain due to private lending, resulting in some users being unable to obtain vehicle certificates and license plates from financial institutions, and vehicles unable to be delivered normally. At the same time, it also affected the vehicle delivery in Zhuhai area of the dealer's related entity, Zhuhai Zhihe Yuexing Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd.
On the day of the incident, Zhiji Auto immediately set up a special working group and stationed at the scene the next day to actively cooperate with the government and coordinate relevant parties to provide follow-up services to users. As of July 17, Zhiji Auto has basically completed user docking and situation sorting, and has resumed the issuance of certificates and vehicle delivery starting from July 18. It is expected that by the end of this week, all orders and vehicle deliveries for normal car purchase users will be completed. We would like to sincerely apologize to users for the delay in delivery. For existing users in Kunming, they can go to Kunming Hengsheng Zhiyuan Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. (Zhiji Delivery Center) to receive after-sales services; in Zhuhai, Anhua Automobile (Zhiji Delivery Center) will provide relevant after-sales services.
In addition, the statement mentioned that Zhiji Auto's national channels are currently operating steadily. From June to July this year, 26 new stores have been opened across the country, continuing to promote service coverage and bringing everyone an increasingly complete car buying service experience.
