Samsung's Galaxy A series has been a strong seller, which is no surprise as it borrows many elements from the more expensive Galaxy S series. With 2024 now approaching, Samsung is working on the Galaxy A55, and today we've got some fresh renders that show how fancy the company has gone with the design.
The side of Galaxy A55 introduces a new "KeyIsland" design language, which you can see from the rendering below.
As shown in the picture above, there are bulges on the buttons on the side of the fuselage, emphasizing the location of the lock screen and volume buttons. Galaxy A55 will be available in AwesomeNavy and AwesomeLilac colors. Additionally, there is a color called "AwesomeIceblue", but there are no renders yet.
The Galaxy A55 will be equipped with an Exynos 1480 chipset and a 50-megapixel main sensor that supports 25W fast charging. We can also expect Samsung to equip it with a telephoto lens and an ultra-wide-angle lens. We don't know the phone's exact release date yet, but considering Samsung will launch the Galaxy S24 series later this month, it's entirely safe to expect the A-series devices to start rolling out sometime in February or March this year.
