The indictment shows that the plaintiff in this case is Shanghai Langtu Information Technology Co., Ltd., and the defendants include Beijing Jingdong Century Trading Co., Ltd., Beijing Jingdong Century Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Auto Guangxing Information Technology Co., Ltd.

The first defendant is the operator of the WeChat public account "JD Auto", Weibo "JD Auto", and the WeChat video account "JD Auto"; the second defendant is the operator of the Douyin "JD Auto Official Flagship Store"; the third defendant is the operator of the "JD Auto Maintenance" App.

Tuhu’s lawsuit was based on unfair competition. Tuhu Car Care believes that JD Car Care’s false descriptions of Tuhu Car Care’s car maintenance service prices on WeChat public accounts, Weibo, Douyin, and JD Car Care App have obvious derogatory meanings and are widely disseminated, which is an act of commercial defamation.

In addition, on the day Tuhu was launched, Miao Qin, vice president of Jingdong Group and president of Jingdong’s retail automobile division, expressed congratulations on WeChat Moments and said that all "Zhenhu price" products are 5% lower than those of competitors! However, Tuhu Automobile also believes that the price of its "Zhenhu Price" products is not lower than the price of the same product of the plaintiff, and it has made false commercial publicity about the price of its products.

Tuhu Car Ownership filed a lawsuit requesting JD Car Ownership to stop commercial defamation and false propaganda, delete relevant content on WeChat public accounts, Weibo, Douyin, and JD Car Ownership App, and compensate Tuhu Car Ownership for 5 million yuan in economic losses.
