[The State Administration for Market Regulation publicly solicits opinions on the pilot program to facilitate compulsory product certification for export-to-domestic sales] September 17th. In order to accelerate the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade and help foreign trade companies reduce the institutional costs of switching between domestic and international markets, the State Administration for Market Regulation organized the drafting of the "Notice on the Pilot Program for Facilitation of Compulsory Product Certification for Export-to-domestic Sales (Draft for Comments)" and is now publicly soliciting opinions from the public. The notice proposes that, based on early local needs, it is determined to carry out pilot work related to CCC certification for export to domestic sales of some explosion-proof electrical, low-voltage components, wire and cable products. Foreign trade enterprises applying for certification should have export performance of corresponding products within 2 years.
