[ECB Governing Council Member Makhlouf: A rate hike is possible at every policy meeting, and October is not excluded] On September 17, Gabriel Makhlouf, a member of the European Central Bank Governing Council, did not rule out the possibility of raising interest rates in October if necessary. While there are currently no worrying signs that inflation is spreading into wages, officials will make decisions on interest rates based on actual conditions.
