[Yiwu’s exports in the first eight months hit a record high of 548.85 billion yuan] September 17th, according to Yiwu Customs statistics, in the first eight months of this year, Yiwu’s total import and export value was 636.40 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.8%. Among them, exports were 548.85 billion yuan, an increase of 12.8%, a record high, exceeding 500 billion yuan one month earlier than last year; imports were 87.55 billion yuan, an increase of 29.4%.
