[Yuntu Holdings: Plans to jointly invest in potash project in Congo (Brazzaville) with Zangge Mining] On September 17th, Yuntu Holdings (002539.SZ) announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Yingcheng Chemical plans to establish a joint resources company in Singapore with Zangge International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zangge Mining, with Yingcheng Chemical holding 25%. United Resources Company plans to acquire 92% of the equity of KP Company for US$171 million (approximately 1.157 billion yuan), and Yingcheng Chemical will invest approximately 289 million yuan. The core assets of KP Company are the mining rights of the Kanga potash mine in Congo (Brazzaville) and the exploration rights of Loango, with a total potassium chloride resource of 1.989 billion tons. This investment aims to extend to the upstream potash fertilizer industry and ensure the supply of raw materials.
