[The Cyberspace Administration of China: Strengthening the Management of Enterprise-Related Infringement Information and Continuously Promoting the Optimization of the Business Network Environment] On September 18, the Central Cyberspace Administration of China issued the "Notice on Strengthening the Management of Enterprise-related Infringement Information and Continuously Promoting the Optimization of the Business Network Environment." The notice pointed out that we should adhere to the principle of moving the gateway forward and managing the source, tightening and consolidating the main responsibilities of website platform information content management, guiding and supervising to increase investment in personnel and technology, further improving the entire chain management mechanism of enterprise-related information review, in-process inspections, and post-processing, proactively cleaning up explicit enterprise-related infringement information, strictly and quickly disposing of involved accounts and MCN organizations, and effectively solving problems such as difficulty and slow processing of enterprise-related infringement information.
