[Yan'an Pharmaceutical Terminates IPO of Beijing Stock Exchange] September 18th, according to the website of the Beijing Stock Exchange, Shanghai Yan'an Pharmaceutical Yangpu Co., Ltd. recently submitted the "Application of Shanghai Yan'an Pharmaceutical Yangpu Co., Ltd. to withdraw its application documents for public issuance of shares to unspecified qualified investors and listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange" to the Beijing Stock Exchange. According to relevant regulations, the Beijing Stock Exchange decided to terminate its review of public issuance of stocks and listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
