[Tianfu Communications: Plans to use no more than 8 billion yuan of idle self-owned funds for cash management] On September 18, Tianfu Communications (300394.SZ) announced that the company’s board of directors reviewed and approved a resolution agreeing that the company and its subsidiaries would use no more than 8 billion yuan of idle self-owned funds for cash management to purchase financial products with high security and good liquidity. This matter is valid for 12 months from the date of review and approval by the shareholders' meeting, and the funds can be used on a rolling basis. The proposal still needs to be submitted to the extraordinary shareholders' meeting for consideration.
