The total amount of the funds shall not exceed 2.6 billion yuan, which, after deducting issuance fees, will be used for high-speed Internet system R&D and industrialization projects for large-scale intelligent computing clusters, high-speed network switching units and overall solution R&D and industrialization projects for high-density computing clusters, new generation computing network integration key technology R&D projects and supplementary working capital.
