[Combating the malicious speculation of enterprise-related information, the Cyberspace Administration of China exposed the second batch of typical cases] September 19th, the State Cyberspace Administration of China recently organized a special campaign to "clear and optimize the business network environment and combat the malicious speculation of enterprise-related information" to focus on rectifying issues such as malicious slander and discrediting of enterprises, collecting and hyping negative information about enterprises, and seeking illegal benefits in the name of supervision. At the same time, we have targeted management of “involvement” competition among enterprises, and strictly dealt with a number of accounts that spread false information about enterprises and incited opposition among consumer groups. During the special action, cyberspace departments at all levels and key commercial website platforms cleared more than 1.56 million pieces of infringing information involving enterprises and dealt with more than 26,000 illegal accounts.
