[Changes in the shareholdings of five NVIDIA executives: nearly 10 million US dollars in shares of Jen-Hsun Huang were withheld from taxes] September 20th, NVIDIA's document submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 18, local time, showed that on September 16, 2026, five executives, including CEO Jen-Hsun Huang, reduced their holdings of approximately 160,000 company shares in total, most of which were withholding taxes due to the vesting of restricted stock units (RSU), rather than active sales. Huang Jen-Hsun was withheld 45,728 shares worth approximately US$9.7 million. In addition to the 40,747 shares used to pay taxes, the company's chief financial officer Colette Kress sold 34,918 shares separately in the open market on September 17 in accordance with the 10b5-1 trading plan, cashing out approximately US$7.65 million. On the same day, Huang Jen-Hsun and his wife’s lifetime trust transferred 438,000 shares free of charge for charitable donations, of which 292,000 shares were donated to The Jen-Hsun & Lori Huang Foundation, and another 146,000 shares were transferred to a donor-advised fund.
